I am Cardel Martin, an American born and raised in the United States. Life is not a yellow brick road, and it doesn’t always come with an instruction manual or directions. But one thing it does give you, is a chance. There is a reason why you are here and reading this introduction, and maybe it is fate.

I have had humble beginnings and learned to overcome adversity in many situations by working hard and never succumbing to defeat, despite life’s hard lessons. It was that same determination that propelled me to obtain my bachelors degree in communications from the United States, Spanish fluency certification in Mexico, and my Panamanian real estate license with relocation to Panama.

I know what it is like to have to make difficult, sometimes even scary decisions in life;but I promise you, they are always easier to make when you have a trustworthy and knowledgeable ally by your side. The same passion that led me down my path to achieve my goals, will be the same passion if not more that I will display to help you achieve yours.
